Plans and usage limits
Intelligent Assistance counts your chat questions, your daily reports and your weekly reports. On the free plan, each of the three has a limit.
The plan belongs to your company.
Free plan. Every platform user gets the full Intelligent Assistance experience. Only the volume is limited.
Paid subscription. Unlimited questions and reports for every user in the company. It needs the Observer package or above. For pricing, contact LetsGrow sales.
Beta programme. Beta users keep unlimited access until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 they use the free plan, unless their company has a paid subscription.
Limits

These introductory limits apply until 31 December 2026. LetsGrow sets the limits for 2027 based on how Intelligent Assistance is used, and publishes them on this page before 1 January.
The counters are per user. What a colleague uses does not count for you.
The three counters are independent. Chat questions do not use up reports, and reports do not use up chat questions.
The week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, the month is the calendar month. Reset times are in Dutch time (Europe/Amsterdam). Counters reset automatically.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”- Every message you send to Growi is 1 chat question, including follow-ups and messages next to a report, graph or dashboard.
- Every report that is generated is 1 report, whether it comes from a schedule, Run now or a request in chat. A weekly report counts as a weekly report; any other report counts as a daily report.
- Scheduled reports count for the owner of the schedule, not for the people it is shared with.
- Reading reports and answers does not count.
Seeing your usage
Section titled “Seeing your usage”Reports. Open Usage limits on the reports page. It shows how many daily and weekly reports you have used this month, and when the counters reset.
Chat questions. When you have 5 chat questions left for the week, the question box shows how many remain.
When you reach a limit
Section titled “When you reach a limit”Chat questions. Growi shows Weekly limit reached above the question box. You can ask new questions again after the reset on Monday. Reports and answers you already have stay available.
Reports. When you reach the limit for daily reports, your daily schedules are paused. When you reach the limit for weekly reports, your weekly schedules are paused. Schedules of the other type keep running.
On the Schedules page, a paused schedule shows Limit reached. Run now is not available until the counter resets.
You cannot ask for a new report of that type in chat either. Growi tells you when the counter resets. You can still ask other questions.
Paused schedules resume automatically on the 1st of the next month, when the counters reset. You do not have to do anything. Reports that were already generated stay available.
